About this kendalia gift
Kendalia is a small place in the Texas Hill Country, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, even after they move to Austin, San Antonio or farther. A shirt with the town name is how they claim it: for a visit home, a family reunion, or a trip past the county line where nobody has heard of it. Small towns make good gifts because the name itself is the story, and a shirt or mug that spells it out starts the conversation. For someone who has left, a Kendalia mug is a daily reminder of where they come from. For someone still living there, a hoodie for cool evenings on the porch works well. You can type the town name into the text box and add a second line for a year, a school class or a family name to make it personal.
