About this loader helper gift
A loader helper is the person who keeps the line moving, whether that's on a warehouse dock, a freight yard, a moving crew or a shipping floor. The work is physical and early, with a lot of lifting, counting and calling out to the driver, and the people who do it tend to want gear that holds up to a dusty truck bed and a long shift. A tee or dark tee they can wear under a hi-vis vest is a practical start. A hoodie earns its place on cold dock mornings, and a mug is the one thing that survives every break room shuffle when it has their name on it. Put their name in the main line and add their crew, shift or site on the second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste everyone's names, with a size for each person.
