About this ninety six gift
Ninety Six is a small town in upstate South Carolina, and the people who call it home usually have a strong attachment to it. A shirt with the town name is the kind of thing someone wears to the school football game, the county fair, or the family reunion when everyone drives in from out of state. Because it's a small place, the name itself is a conversation starter: people who've never heard of it will ask, and the wearer gets to explain. A hoodie works well for the cold months, a dark tee for a night out, and a mug for the person who has lived there their whole life or moved away and misses it. Kids tees and onesies let a family pass the hometown pride down to the next generation. Start with the town name as the main line, then use the second line for a year, a graduating class, or a neighborhood nickname so the gift feels specific to the person you're buying for.
