About this ogilvie gift
Ogilvie is a name you rarely see on a map, so a shirt with it on the front will stop most people for a second. Whoever you're buying for is probably from a small place, a rural crossroads or a town where everyone knows the family, and a gift that carries that name says home without a lot of explanation. Think about what they'd want the design to say: the town name in big type, the year the place was founded or the year they left, or a road or county underneath. Light tees work for summer errands and home visits, dark tees for the people who wear black to everything, and a hoodie for the first cold weekend back in town. A mug is the easy pick for the one who calls the place home from a city apartment. Because the word is a place, the details that matter are the ones only someone from there would recognize, so the second line is where you make it theirs.
