About this project manager internship gift
A project manager intern is usually juggling a lot at once: learning the company's tools, sitting in meetings where nobody explains the acronyms, and trying to keep track of deadlines that belong to other people. Most of them are working toward a first full-time role, and a little encouragement goes a long way. A tee or hoodie with their name and the internship title shows them you noticed the work they're doing, and a mug on the desk is a daily reminder that the internship counted. Add the company's name only if you're sure it's allowed to appear; otherwise keep it to their own name, the role, and the year. The Team Shop works well if you're buying for a whole intern cohort, since every person gets their own name printed on the same design.
