About this r d manager gift
An R&D manager usually sits between the people who invent things and the people who have to ship them, which means a lot of their week goes to meetings, roadmaps and trying to keep a prototype schedule from slipping. They often carry a laptop from one lab bench to the next and need something comfortable enough for long reviews and tough enough for a messy whiteboard session. A tee or hoodie with their role on it says they're the one who's been in the trenches with the research and the testing. Add a second line for their team, the product they're working on or a year they started, and it feels personal rather than generic. A mug is a good fit for the desk, where most of the real thinking happens. Pick the design that matches how they describe their job, and the gift will land as something they'd actually reach for.
