About this rn admission gift
An RN admission nurse is the person who meets patients at the hardest moment of their day, often before they've seen a doctor, and who keeps the paperwork, histories and first assessments moving so the floor can work. They're usually on their feet at intake desks or bedsides, juggling phones, wristbands and frightened families. A gift that acknowledges that specific job lands better than a generic nurse shirt. A tee or dark tee with RN admission printed on it tells them you know what their role is. Add the year they started or the unit they work on in the second line, and it becomes theirs. A mug is a good pick for the early-shift coffee they'll drink while reviewing charts. A hoodie is useful for the cold admitting area that's always kept colder than it should be.
