About this supervisor maintenance gift
A supervisor maintenance lead is usually the person who gets the 2 a.m. call when something breaks, who knows where every key and shutoff valve lives, and who keeps a crew of technicians moving on a schedule that never quite fits the work. They rarely get thanked in public, so a gift with their job title on it lands harder than it might for someone else. A tee for the workshop or the drive in works well, and a hoodie covers the cold mornings on rooftops and loading docks. A mug on the desk in the maintenance office is the one they'll actually reach for during the paperwork. Add their name or the building they oversee as a second line, and the design stops being a generic job shirt and becomes theirs. Mark the gift as thanks for the work that keeps things running, not just a nice thing to wear.
