About this handling tech gift
Handling tech is the person who gets the call when the printer dies, the Wi-Fi drops, or somebody's inbox is full again. They work with a lot of other people's problems, often under time pressure, and they rarely get thanked when things simply work. A gift that acknowledges the job lands well: a tee or hoodie they can wear on a day off from the help desk, or a mug that sits on the desk through a long ticket queue. The most personal version puts their role on it, like Tech Support, IT or the name of the office they cover, plus their name on the second line. If you're buying for a whole support team, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste every name, so each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
All handling tech gifts →- A hoodie for cold server roomsMany people in the job keep a hoodie at the desk for chilly closets and late-night maintenance windows. Add their name on the second line.
- A mug for the help deskAn 11oz mug with their name keeps it from wandering off to the break room and suits the long stretch of password resets.
- Matching shirts for the support teamChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste the team's names. Everyone gets a shirt with their own name printed on it.
- A dark tee for the weekendA dark shirt with their role is a good pick for the person who spends the workweek fixing things and wants something simple on their day off.
