About this roustabout crew gift
A roustabout crew works the oil and gas field: rigging up, hauling pipe, keeping equipment running in weather that doesn't care what the schedule says. Their days are long, loud and dirty, and the gifts they keep are the ones that respect that. A dark tee that won't show grease, a hoodie for the cold early mornings on location, a mug for the coffee that has to last through a tour. What makes a gift land is the crew itself. Put the word roustabout crew on the front and add the name of the crew member, or their rig or yard, on the second line, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each man's or woman's name on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than a cooler of drinks left on the tailgate.
