About this roustabout gift
A roustabout is the person who does the heavy, unglamorous work on an oil field or rig: rigging up equipment, moving pipe, keeping the site running while others get the attention. Long shifts, cold mornings, mud on the boots, and a lot of hard work that rarely gets thanked. A gift that says roustabout tells them you see the job, not just the title. A dark tee works well for a crew member who lives in work clothes, and a hoodie is the thing they'll grab at the start of a cold shift or on the drive out to the site. For someone who checks the coffee on a long haul, a mug with their name and the word roustabout is the small, daily reminder that the work matters. Add their name or crew number in the second line so it's clearly theirs and not a generic work shirt.
