Sparkill Retro Style dark tee

About this sparkill gift

Sparkill is a hamlet in the town of Orangetown, in Rockland County, New York, and the people who live there often describe it as a small place with a strong sense of its own identity. A shirt with Sparkill on it is the kind of gift that gets worn to the grocery store, the school pickup line and the first game of the season, because it says where someone is from without a long explanation. Since the name is local and specific, the best gifts tend to come from people who know that the person means it: a transplant who grew up there, a relative who still lives nearby, or a neighbor who has watched them come and go. Tees, hoodies and kids' shirts all work well for everyday wear, and an 11 oz mug suits the morning coffee routine of someone who keeps a local attachment. You can add a second line with a street, a year they moved, or a nickname from family, and the preview lets you see how it sits under the word before you order.
