About this case mgr gift
A case manager spends the day connecting people to the help they need: housing, benefits, medical appointments, a ride to a visit that would otherwise fall through. The work is tracked in caseloads, in phone calls between agencies, and in paperwork that never quite ends, so a gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land better than a generic thank-you. Think about the things they carry from office to car to home: a hoodie for the cold drive between clients, a mug for the desk where the coffee goes cold while they're on the phone, a tee for the weekend when they want to feel like themselves again. Put case mgr on the front, or add their agency or specialty on a second line, and the gift tells them you see what the role takes. If you're buying for a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thanks to everyone at once.
