About this coffee shop manager gift
Coffee shop managers open the doors before the sun is up, count the drawer, fix the espresso machine when it jams, and somehow stay friendly to the regular who wants his latte exactly like yesterday. Most of their day is on their feet, surrounded by steam, grinders and the smell of burnt milk, so a gift that makes the morning commute feel a little better tends to land well. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back room where the inventory gets counted, or an 11 oz mug that's clearly theirs so nobody on the staff walks off with it. What lands best is the detail that shows you know their world. Put their name on it, or the shop name if they're proud of it, and add a line about the job itself. A design that says the role and the year they started makes a gift they'll actually wear to the shop. If you're buying for the whole crew, a single design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a thoughtful way to say thanks.
