About this director manufacturing gift
A director of manufacturing usually runs the floor: shift schedules, output targets, equipment that breaks at the worst moment, and a team that expects them to have the answer. Most of the time that means early starts, plant noise and a lot of walking. A gift that acknowledges the job itself lands better than a generic work shirt. A dark tee or hoodie is practical for a plant or warehouse, where grease and dust show up quickly on light fabric. A mug with their title on it suits the office or the small desk near the production line where the coffee gets cold while they're out on the floor. Adding a plant name, a site number or a year in the second line personalizes it, so the gift reads as theirs and not as something bought off a shelf. If you're buying for a whole management team or a shift leadership group, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
