About this director operating gift
A director of operations usually keeps the whole place running without much applause: the schedules, the vendors, the budget line nobody else wants to open, and the phone calls at odd hours when something breaks. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that quiet work. A dark tee they can wear on a long Friday, a hoodie for the early site walk, or an 11 oz mug for a desk that is always covered in paperwork. Type their title into the text box, or use Operating Director or Director of Operations, whichever matches their business card. If you want a line that speaks to the role itself, add the department or the company's name on a second line, the way a team would sign off a shared joke. Keep the wording close to how they introduce themselves and the design will feel like it was made for them.
