About this director process improvement gift
A director of process improvement spends their days in flowcharts, value stream maps and meetings about why the monthly report is late again. They're the person who asks what happens before the thing happens, and who keeps a list of the workarounds everyone else has quietly built. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little wry: a mug for the first coffee of a long planning week, a hoodie for the office that's always cold, a tee that names the job in their own words. Put the title on a shirt as the main word and add their team, site or department on the second line, so it reads as theirs rather than a generic office joke. If they're leading a rollout or just closed out a big initiative, a graduation-style gift with the year on it marks the win. The title is long, so check the preview to see how it wraps across the front before you order.
