About this director solutions gift
A director of solutions usually sits between the customer and the engineering team, translating problems into projects and making sure the thing that ships actually fixes what the client needed. The days are a mix of discovery calls, scoping documents, executive updates and the occasional fire drill, and most of the wins are quiet ones that nobody outside the room sees. A gift for someone in that role should respect the work without pretending to know every detail of it. A tee or hoodie with the title on it, plus a second line for their company or team, makes it theirs. Many designs have space for a name, a year or a department. The mug suits the early-morning call queue, and the hoodie suits the back-to-back meeting days when the office thermostat is set wrong.
