About this learning facilitator gift
A learning facilitator spends the day moving between a room full of people and a laptop full of materials, keeping a workshop on track while everyone argues about the agenda. They're the one who notices when the quiet person in the back has a question, and who reshuffles the next hour when the room is dragging. The gifts that land tend to be the practical ones they'll use in the middle of a session: a mug for the coffee that's usually cold by the second hour, a hoodie for rooms that are always either freezing or stuffy, or a tee for the day they finally get a Saturday off. Add their title, learning facilitator, as the main word, and use the second line for a team, a department, or the year they started a new role. It turns a generic work shirt into something that's clearly theirs. The Team Shop works well if you're honoring a whole training group, since one design can carry every facilitator's name on their own shirt.
