About this manager him gift
A manager's week is mostly other people's problems: schedules that won't line up, a team member who's out sick, a meeting that should have been an email. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job without being a joke about it. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early-morning drive in, or a mug for the desk where the coffee gets cold while they're putting out fires. Making it theirs is simple: type manager into the text box, then use the second line for their team, their department, or the year they started leading people. If you're buying for a whole team who wants to thank their manager, the Team Shop lets you order one design with everyone's name on their own shirt, which often means more than any card.
