About this manager sourcing gift
A sourcing manager spends the day finding suppliers, negotiating prices and chasing shipments that are running late, often juggling more vendors than seems fair. The gift that lands is the one that acknowledges that grind without being a joke about it. A mug for the desk, a hoodie for the warehouse visit or the early-morning supplier call, a tee for the weekend when they're finally off the phone. Personalizing it makes it theirs: add their name on the second line, or a team or department name if they lead a group. If you're buying for a whole procurement team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be more appreciated than another round of coffee gift cards. Sourcing work often goes unseen until something goes wrong, so a gift that says someone noticed the work is usually well received.
