About this operational trainer gift
An operational trainer is the person who takes a new hire from shadowing to working the floor alone. They build the schedules, run the classes and fix the process gaps the manual missed, often while still covering their own shifts. A gift that acknowledges that load lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on a training day, or a mug for the coffee they'll need before the first session, says you noticed the work. To make it theirs, add the department or site on the second line, or the year they took on the role. Trainers tend to keep the thing that reflects their own job back at them, so a personal line matters more than a clever design. If you're buying for a whole training group, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which feels like a team gift rather than a memo.
