About this pbx supervisor gift
A PBX supervisor keeps the phone system running for a whole office, so when the lines go down, they're the one everybody needs. They tend to be the person who knows where every extension goes, who can talk a nervous caller through a dropped call, and who gets paged at odd hours when a trunk fails. Gifts for this kind of job land best when they acknowledge that quiet competence. A soft tee for the long shift, a hoodie for a cold server room or a chilly cubicle, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the break room counter. Type PBX Supervisor as the main line and add their team, site or the year they took the role in the second line, and the shirt becomes a little more personal. If you're buying for a whole telecom group, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which tends to go over better than another round of donuts.
