About this plastic finisher gift
A plastic finisher works on the stage between molding and shipping, trimming flash, polishing surfaces, checking tolerances and keeping the line moving through long shifts on their feet. It's skilled hands-on work that rarely gets noticed outside the plant, so a gift that names the job tends to land well. A tee or hoodie gives them something comfortable to wear on the drive in or to the weekend project. A mug with their name keeps the break room from swapping coffee cups. Make it theirs by adding their name, their shift, or the year they started, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes something they can point to. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say you see what they do.
