About this roller man gift
A roller man is someone who sets or runs a roller, most often in a steel, paper, or industrial shop, though the term can also mean a roller-coaster or sign painter depending on the trade. Their hands and their backs take the hard hours, so the gifts they keep tend to be practical and a little rugged. A dark tee that holds up to grease and paint, a hoodie for the cold shop floor, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the break table. The detail that lands best is the job itself: type roller man as the main word and add their company, crew, or years in the trade on the second line. If you don't know exactly what kind of roller work they do, ask them, since a shop name or shift number makes the gift feel earned rather than generic.
