About this tire manager gift
A tire manager runs the shop floor: they keep the bays moving, handle the customers who come in with a flat and a bad mood, and make sure the next car out is safe to drive. It's a job with a lot of noise, heavy lifting and early starts, and most of the thanks they get comes from the regulars who ask for them by name. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well here. A tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold bay in January, or a mug for the coffee they drink before the first car rolls in. Put the job title on it, or a shop name or the year they took over the role, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be a better team gift than another lunch order.
