About this valet runner gift
A valet runner spends the shift sprinting between the lot and the entrance, keys in one hand and a ticket in the other, usually in weather nobody would pick for a walk. The gifts they keep tend to be the ones that handle that life: a soft tee for the drive home after a double, a hoodie for the cold stretch between arrivals, a mug they can claim so it stays out of the shared break room. Valet work is also a job where people earn tips on how they look and move, so a shirt with their name and the words valet runner on it reads as pride in the work, not a joke. Pick a design, then type their name or the hotel or restaurant they work at into the second line, if you're comfortable sharing it. A personal line turns a generic work shirt into theirs, and it lands well with anyone who's spent a season being invisible to most of the people they serve.
