About this administration intern gift
An administration intern is usually the person who knows where everything is by week three: the supply closet, the shared drive, which printer jams and which one doesn't. The work is mostly behind the scenes, scheduling, filing, answering the phones, building the spreadsheet nobody asked for until it was due yesterday. It's also an audition for a first real job, so a small thank-you at the end of a summer or semester means more than you'd expect. A tee or hoodie with their title, their name, or the office or department they worked in turns a temporary badge into something they'll keep. Add the year to mark the internship. If you're the supervisor or a coworker, a mug for the desk makes a good goodbye gift, and it's far easier to pass around for signatures than a card. Interns often start in groups, so a matching set for the whole cohort works too.

- A desk mug with their nameAn 11 oz mug with their name on it is a good last-day gift from the team, and it's one thing from the office they can take home.
- A hoodie for the first cold-office summerOffices run cold, and interns rarely bring a jacket on day one. A hoodie with their name or department on the second line is a gift they'll use right away.
- Matching shirts for the intern cohortChoose one design in the Team Shop, paste the cohort's names, and pick a size for each person so everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
