About this black & tan gift
Black and tan is a coat pattern more than a breed on its own, most often seen on Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds and Dachshunds, and anyone who lives with one of these dogs knows the look. The black coat with tan points over the eyebrows, muzzle, chest and legs is the kind of thing owners point out to strangers in the park. A gift for a black and tan dog owner lands when it shows you noticed that specific coat and the dog wearing it. Put the dog's name on a shirt next to the breed, add the year you adopted them, or write the word on a mug for the morning coffee routine. Dog lovers tend to wear their pets proudly, so a hoodie for cold walks or a tee for the dog park makes the gift feel like part of their everyday life.
