About this cornwall on huds gift
Cornwall-on-Hudson is a small village on the Hudson River in Orange County, New York, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto that. Whether they're a long-time resident, a kid who came back for summers, or someone who moved away for work and still calls it home, a shirt with the village name is how they claim it. Village pride shows up at school events, town gatherings and the trip back for the holidays, and it's the kind of gift that gets worn on local errands as much as on vacation. To make it theirs, put the village name as the main line and add a year underneath, the year they moved there, the year they graduated from the local school, or the street they grew up on. A mug works well for someone who has left, since it becomes the everyday reminder of where they're from.
