About this field training supervisor gift
A field training supervisor spends a lot of time watching someone else get it right: riding along, checking paperwork, giving feedback at the end of a long shift and then starting again the next morning. They're usually the person who knows the job best and gets thanked least. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well, especially from a trainee or a team who wants to say they noticed. Put their title on a tee or hoodie for the commute, or on a mug for the truck or the station break room, where the coffee goes cold while they're coaching someone else. Adding their name, the agency or department, or the year they took on the role makes it theirs rather than generic. A training supervisor often gets a mug or hoodie from the people they've trained, so if you're buying for a whole group, the Team Shop lets everyone sign on to one design with their own name and size.
