About this help aid gift
A help aid, or home health aide, spends the day helping people with bathing, meals, medication reminders and getting around, often in their clients' homes rather than a clinic. It's physical work that asks a lot of patience and warmth, and the people doing it often go home tired with nobody thanking them. A gift that names the job tells them someone noticed. A soft tee they can wear on a long shift, a hoodie for the car ride home in cold weather, or a mug for the first coffee before the first visit all fit into an ordinary day. Put help aid on the front, and if they're proud of a specific role, add it on the second line. The Team Shop is an option too, if you're thanking a whole agency's aides with one design and each person's name on their own shirt.
