About this machine adjuster gift
A machine adjuster is the person who keeps production lines running by setting, calibrating and tuning equipment so it turns out parts within tolerance. The work is precise and often done on a noisy shop floor, with shifts that can run long when a line goes down. Gifts that land for this kind of worker are the practical ones: a tee they can wear to the plant, a hoodie for the cold early shift, a mug for the break room where the coffee is always hot. Putting their title on it shows you understand what the job actually involves. If you're not sure which title they use, check their badge or ask a coworker, since adjuster, setup tech and machine technician can mean different things from plant to plant. Add their name, a shift or a line number on the second line, and the shirt becomes theirs in a way a generic work tee never is.
