About this manager desktop gift
A manager desktop is the one at the center of a busy day: it holds the schedules, the open tickets, the budget spreadsheet and a half-finished email to a client that's been sitting in drafts since Tuesday. The person sitting at it is usually juggling other people's work along with their own, so a gift that lands is one that acknowledges the balancing act. A mug for the first sip of coffee before the first meeting, a hoodie for the air conditioning that's always set too cold, or a tee for the team-offsite day when they finally get to dress down. Put the word manager on it, or add their team or department on the second line, and it reads as theirs rather than generic office merch. The Team Shop is useful here too: if you're buying for a whole group, one design can carry each person's name and their own size, so every manager on the floor gets a shirt that's clearly theirs.
