About this plentywood gift
Plentywood is a small city in northeastern Montana, close to the Saskatchewan border, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they land. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident says home without a long explanation, whether they're at a state fair in Billings or a job site in Texas. Small towns also run on a shared sense of belonging, so a hoodie or tee works well for the person who left for school and keeps coming back for the Fourth of July, the rodeo or the high school reunion. For the one who moved away for work or love, an 11oz mug on the counter is a daily nod to the place that made them. Because the town is small, a second line with the years they lived there, or the class they graduated with, turns a plain city shirt into something only their people would understand.
