About this prog coord gift
A program coordinator keeps the moving parts of a program from falling apart. They juggle schedules, vendors, volunteers, grant paperwork and the one person who always forgets the sign-in sheet. Most days nobody notices the work until it's missing, which is part of why a gift that says they're the one holding it all together tends to land. A coffee mug with their title on it for the desk they sit at for hours, or a hoodie for the chilly office and the early-morning site visits, gives them something that is clearly for them. To make it personal, add the program or department name on the second line, or a year they started. Titles vary a lot between organizations, so check the wording they actually use on their badge or email signature and match it.
