About this recreation leader gift
A recreation leader spends the day making other people's fun happen: running the summer camp games, booking the community center gym, keeping the pool schedule straight, and getting a whole room of kids or seniors to actually show up and participate. It's a job that runs on energy, patience and a whistle that somehow still works after a long week. A gift that acknowledges that work lands best when it's practical and a little playful. Put their title on the shirt and a second line for their site, camp or program, so it reads as something they earned rather than a generic thank-you. Recreation staff often wear shirts for the whole day, so a comfortable tee or hoodie gets used constantly. If you're shopping for a whole department or camp staff, one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt is a much better team gift than another box of donuts.
