About this residence director gift
A residence director usually lives in the building they manage, so the job runs past the office hours. They handle roommate mediation at midnight, hall meetings, move-in weekends, and the emergency call when the fire alarm goes off during finals. Most of them started as resident assistants themselves, and many still remember the director who answered their door at 2 a.m. A gift that acknowledges that long, often unseen workload lands well. A hoodie is useful for the chilly rounds they make after dark, and a mug suits the early-morning coffee before the first meeting. Add their title exactly as they use it, and consider a second line with the campus or building name so the shirt reflects where they actually work. If you're buying for a whole staff, the Team Shop can put every director's name on their own design in one order.
