About this skills director gift
A skills director usually runs the training side of an organization, which means they spend their days figuring out what people need to learn and then making sure they actually learn it. Workshops, onboarding plans, certifications and the occasional spreadsheet that refuses to behave are all part of the job. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that work without making a fuss about it. A tee with their title on it works well for a training day or a company offsite, and a hoodie is handy for the cold conference room where the projector always runs hot. A mug with their title is the quiet nod that someone noticed how much they do before the first coffee is even poured. To make it theirs, add their name or a team name on the second line, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
