About this supervisor residential gift
A residential supervisor keeps a house running when the people living in it need the most support. They're usually the one who handles the shift change, the staffing gap, the call from a family member, and the incident report that has to be done before they go home. Their days are long and often unpredictable, and the appreciation they get tends to be quiet. A gift that acknowledges the specific work of residential care lands well. Put the words supervisor and residential on a tee they can wear on a day off, or on a mug for the breakroom coffee that gets cold while they're busy. Adding their facility name or a line such as on-call or night shift makes it feel like theirs. For a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thank you together.
