About this budgerigar gift
A budgerigar is the small parakeet most people know as a budgie, and the people who keep them tend to be devoted. They talk to their birds, they notice when a feather is out of place, and they'll happily explain that budgies can learn words and whistle tunes. A budgie owner's gift should reflect that daily attention: a shirt for the morning cage cleaning, a mug for the quiet time spent watching their bird preen, or a hoodie for the chilly room where the cage sits by the window. Budgerigar is a long word, so the designs with a second line work especially well for adding a bird's name, a nickname or the year they got their first budgie. For a family with several birds, the Team Shop is a fun way to put one design on everyone's shirt.
All budgerigar gifts →- A tee with their bird's namePut the budgie's name on the second line so the shirt feels like it belongs to their bird as much as to them.
- A mug for bird-watching morningsAn 11 oz mug is a good fit for the early coffee they drink while the budgies wake up and start chattering.
- A hoodie for the bird roomBudgie keepers often have cool, drafty rooms with the cage near a window, and a hoodie is handy there.
- A shirt for a new budgie ownerIf they just got their first bird, a kids or adult tee with the year they started makes a fun reminder of the beginning.
