About this manager intermediate gift
An intermediate manager sits in the middle of the org chart, answering to someone above and keeping a team below running. Their days are calendar-heavy: one-on-ones, status updates, escalations, and a lot of translating between what leadership wants and what the team can actually ship. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that in-between spot. A tee for the commute or the weekend, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug for the desk that gets refilled every time a meeting runs long. Adding their team name or department on a second line, or the year they took the role, turns a generic job shirt into something that's theirs. If you're buying for a whole management group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer send-off than another office cake.
All manager intermediate gifts →- A mug for the back-to-back meetingsAn 11oz mug with their name is the one that gets used every morning before the first standup.
- A hoodie for the cold officeMany offices run the air conditioning hard, and a hoodie with Manager on the front is a small, practical win.
- A tee with their departmentUse the second line for their team or department name so coworkers know exactly whose shirt it is.
- Matching shirts for a management groupPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names, and each person gets their own shirt in their own size.
