About this manager package gift
A manager package is the one who keeps the shipments moving, the carrier calls returned, and the dock schedule from falling apart. Their day is a mix of phone calls, tracking screens and a lot of standing around the loading area, so the gifts they actually use are the ones that fit into that routine. A soft tee for the warehouse floor, a hoodie for the cold morning dock, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the break room pile. Put the word manager on it and add their site or team on the second line, the way a shift board would label it. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with everyone's name on their own shirt is a better send-off than another sheet cake. Retail and logistics peaks tend to fall in the fall and the weeks before the winter holidays, which is also when a good manager is most likely to be running the floor short-handed.
All manager package gifts →- A tee with their site on itAdd the facility or team name on the second line, so it reads like a real job badge rather than a generic shirt.
- A mug for the office cornerAn 11 oz mug with manager and their name keeps the coffee on their desk and not on the dock.
- Matching shirts for the crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the team's names. Everyone gets their own size and name.
- A hoodie for the cold dockA manager on early shifts in a cold building will wear a hoodie every day through the winter.
