About this pool supervisor gift
Pool supervisors spend long summer days watching the water, counting heads, and keeping an eye on the lifeguards, often in the sun and under a whistle they never seem to put down. The gifts that land with them tend to be practical and a little bit proud: a light tee they can wear on the deck, a hoodie for the chilly early shifts before the pool opens, or a mug for the office chair between rounds of paperwork. Pool supervisors also tend to be the person everyone checks with, so a shirt or mug that names the role gives them something to show that the job is theirs. You can add the pool or facility name on the second line if you know it, or a season and year for a seasonal supervisor. Give it a few weeks before the season starts, since summer hiring and end-of-season gifts both come in a rush.
