About this project managers gift
Project managers are the people who keep the schedule, the budget and the stakeholders from drifting apart, usually while everyone else is asking them for a status update. Their days run on Gantt charts, standups, scope conversations and the occasional tense steering meeting, and most of the thanks they get is quiet. A gift that acknowledges that, with a little humor about the endless meetings, tends to land well. A hoodie is useful for the long remote days and the cold conference room. A mug is the one they'll reach for during the afternoon status crunch. You can make it theirs by adding a second line with their team, their certification such as PMP if they hold it, or the year they started running projects. If you're buying for a whole project team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better team thank-you than another round of donuts.
