About this unit coordinator gift
A unit coordinator keeps the floor running. They're the one who knows where every chart is, which patient is due for meds, and which admission is about to clog the whole shift. Most of that work happens at a desk behind a busy counter, often in scrubs with a lanyard full of badges and a coffee going cold beside the keyboard. A gift that shows you understand that role will land better than a generic office joke. Put their name on a shirt, add the unit or department they run, and they'll know you actually noticed what they do. Hoodies work well for the cold early shifts and the long stretches when the air conditioning is set to arctic, and a mug with their name keeps the desk coffee from wandering off to someone else's station. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each coordinator's name on their own shirt makes a thoughtful group gift for Administrative Professionals Week in late April, or for a farewell when someone moves on.
