Picking a gift for an access lead
An access lead is the person who makes sure everyone can actually use the thing: the building, the website, the app, the event. That might mean auditing a product against accessibility standards, training designers and developers, fighting for a ramp or a caption budget, or being the one in the meeting who asks who this leaves out. It's careful, patient work, and it often goes unthanked because when it's done well, nobody notices a barrier. A gift for them works best when it shows you understand that. Skip the generic work-from-home shirt. Put their title on it, add the team or organization they lead for, or a short line from their own vocabulary. If you're shopping for a team, the Team Shop prints one design with everyone's name on their own shirt, which suits a new hire welcome, a launch, or a thank-you after a big audit finally wraps.
Access Lead gift questions
Can I add the company or team name under Access Lead?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or organization there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I change the wording to Accessibility Lead or Accessibility Manager?
Yes. Type any title into the text box and the design updates. Use whichever version matches what's on their business card.
What's a good gift for a new access lead?
A mug or tee with their new title and name is a friendly welcome. It marks the role without being over the top, and they'll use it from the first week.
Can I order shirts for a whole accessibility team?
Yes. In the Team Shop, choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the access lead shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an access lead gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
