Picking a gift for an activities assistant
An activities assistant is the person who makes the day worth getting up for. They run the bingo game, set up the craft table, wheel someone out to the garden, and remember that Mr. Alvarez likes the crossword read aloud. It's work built on patience, good humor and a steady supply of markers, balloons and tape. The gifts that land with them are comfortable and a little bit fun, because they're on their feet and moving from room to room all day. A tee with their title and the name of the community they work in makes a good everyday shirt. If you want it to feel like theirs, add a favorite activity, a nickname the residents use, or the year they started. For a department, a care center or an assisted living team, you can order matching shirts with each person's name. National Activity Professionals Week is in January, and it's a good moment to say thanks.
Activities Assistant gift questions
Can I add the name of the facility to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line you can fill in with the community, unit or program name. Type it in and check the preview before you order.
When is Activity Professionals Week?
National Activity Professionals Week is observed in January each year, so it's a good time to order a thank-you gift. If you're buying for a whole team, order a bit early.
Can I order the same shirt for the whole activities department?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Can I change the title to Activities Director or Activity Coordinator?
Yes. Type any title you like into the text box and the preview updates, so the shirt matches the exact role of the person you're buying for.
What sizes do the activities assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an activities assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
