Picking a gift for an admin assistant
The admin assistant is usually the person who actually knows how the office runs. They know where the spare toner lives, which calendar is double-booked, and who needs a gentle nudge about the expense report. Most of that work goes unnoticed until it stops, so a gift that says someone sees it lands well. Skip anything that screams office supplies and go for something they'd wear or use on their own time. A soft tee for casual Friday, a hoodie for the over-air-conditioned conference room, a mug that stays on their desk where nobody borrows it. Make it theirs by adding their name, a title like Executive Assistant or Office Manager, or a dry line about keeping everything together. Administrative Professionals Day falls in the last full week of April, which makes it the natural time to order, though a new job or a work anniversary is just as good a reason.
Admin Assistant gift questions
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It's observed on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and the week around it is often called Administrative Professionals Week. Order a couple of weeks ahead if you're buying for a whole team.
Can I put a specific title like Executive Assistant or Office Manager?
Yes. Type the exact title into the text box and the preview updates. If the design has a second line, you can put the title there and keep their name on top.
What's a good gift from a boss to an admin assistant?
Something personal they'd use daily, like a name mug or a hoodie, tends to land better than a generic gift card. A short handwritten note tucked in with it makes it feel earned.
Can I order shirts for the whole admin team?
Yes. In the Team Shop you pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the admin assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an admin assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
