Picking a gift for an admin asst
The admin assistant is the person who actually knows where everything is. They keep the calendar from collapsing, remember which vendor needs the invoice by Friday, and field the questions everyone else is too busy to answer. Much of that work goes unseen, so a gift that says you noticed means more than a gift card from the office pool. A mug lives on their desk all day, which makes it the natural pick, and it works even better with their name or a title like Chief of Everything on it. A soft tee or hoodie suits the casual Friday crowd and the commute home. Add the detail that's true of their job: the department, the years they've held the place together, or a line that gets a laugh from the whole floor. Administrative Professionals Day falls in late April, and holidays and retirements are the other moments when a thoughtful gift lands well. If you're covering a whole front office, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on it.
Admin Asst gift questions
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It's observed in the last full week of April, with Administrative Professionals Day itself on the Wednesday of that week. Ordering a couple of weeks ahead leaves you time to personalize.
Can I use a different title than admin assistant?
Yes. Type whatever fits, like executive assistant, office manager, receptionist or coordinator. Open any design, change the text, and the preview updates so you can check it.
What should I put on a gift for a retiring admin assistant?
Their name plus the years they served works well, or a line their coworkers would recognize. A mug or hoodie is something they can use right away and keep afterward.
Can I get one shirt for my whole office team?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste your list of names, and choose a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the admin asst shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an admin asst gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
